Amazing foam!
If you are looking for a non dairy milk that foams and taste great....don't sleep on this product. I have had other non dairy brands and they just don't foam. This one foams every time! I use my nespresso foamer for thick yummy foam. This is my go to latte milk from now on.

Get the Whole milk version of this brand. NOT the Barista!
I LOVE their whole milk. This one however is not good. It’s not creamy and the flavor is lacking. I found this one and got it because I could not find the one I usually get, anywhere. If you’re ever able to find the whole milk version of this brand, with the white and red packaging, get it! It’s the best vegan milk I’ve ever had. And I’ve been vegan my entire life. Soooo good. This one, the barista one, don’t waste your money.

Delicious
I usually buy the whole store of the original “not milk” but have been having trouble finding it locally so I reached out to Amazon. I had no idea they had Not milk baristas. I wasn’t able to just buy 1 (to try) but because of my feeling toward not milk i felt it was ok to buy 6. Boy was I right!!!! MakesMy expresso even better some how. I’m so happy I have this now for my coffee. Now me and the husband won’t fight for the cartons. Not found anywhere around me yet (Houston) so I’ll keep ordering on Amazon

Good new product, foams nicely, but missing creaminess
As a former barista, I was indeed able to get a nice, dense foam with this new brand, and the taste is great, not too sweet, not too bland. However I'm not enjoying the overall mouth feel and body of it, compared to my usual plant-based "barista"-targeted brand. This one is more watery, less creamy, which I understand is because of the ingredients (not higher-fat oats), but that I'd expect in a "barista"-style latte. On the positive side, this does have almost half the calories of my usual brand, if that's a factor for folks. However I do find my self less excited for my beloved morning flat whites, so will try using half of this one mixed with my usual barista oat brand to get the best of both worlds (lower calorie, but with more creaminess). I'd be interested to see if the "whole milk" version of the brand is creamier, as this is otherwise a good, tasty, and healthy new addition to the dairy-free world.

Shockingly less frothy than the OG NotMilk
I have used NotMilk for quite some time, and since lately Whole Foods is hit-or-miss on whether they have it in stock I have been purchasing from Amazon directly. I have been very happy with the original, and decided to buy the Barista version as most of the time I use it in a frother for coffee. Let me tell you what, this product is definitely not for a frother. It's thin, and certainly ends up with less volume, though the flavor is still great.I will not select the Barista version again, but will purchase the original. Perhaps my home frother simply isn't vigorous enough for this composition...

No froth at all
This is one is really thin in consistency when being frothed

Amazing
It tastes great, gives lots of froth, and has a great texture. You can sense it does not exactly taste like milk, but it is very close.

Horrible taste in my opinion!
I truly wish I had never ordered a 6 pack of this Notmilk alternative. It is SO truly disgusting that I wasted two different coffee drinks (threw them out after making) as I could not drink it. I make Nespresso lattes all the time and I know what a good latte tastes like. This non-dairy milk is horrible tasting! I even tried to use half Barista soy and half Notmilk (with added Monin syrups) to see if I could make it taste better and was barely tolerable. Sure - it foams great but I would by far rather have a great tasting latte than one with foam. I am going back to the traditional oat, almond and soy barista blends and will have to donate the remaining cartons of Notmilk. Such a terrible waste of money! I cannot believe how many great reviews there are of this non-dairy product. I wish there would have been an option to order just one so that I could try it out but no- you have to invest in a 6-pack! Buyer beware!
