So far so good. Quick set up, easy to connect and overall great quality for money. The cable should be a bit longer but that’s not a big issue for me. The only problem I have is that I am using a Mac and it doesn’t support dual monitors. I didn’t know macOS doesn’t handle MST. It recognises my 2 monitors as only one display while I need extended display. I give it 5 stars because all works perfectly- display, usb, audio, video quality etc it would be great for windows, though.

Bought this as was needing something to allow me to use my laptop with two monitors at home like I do in the office, and getting the actual Dell docking station was too expensive for home, so thought I would try this. Much smaller than I expected however it worked straight out the box, I simply plugged the cable into my laptop and connected my monitors to the HDMI ports and it worked straight away, I also put in the USB transmitter for my mouse and keyboard which also worked without any fuss. The small size allowed my to tuck it away under the desk to keep the desktop tidy. Overall very please with this considering the price.

I ordered one of these back in September. It worked well but unfortunately failed in December. I contacted the support who were very quick and clear, they asked me to try a couple of things which didn't work and sent me out a replacement device straight away.I've used expensive (Dell) port replicators in the past, but this does the job just fine and also doesn't need any drivers which is a big benefit.The fact the support were so responsive was excellent too.

Very happy with the item. Works as expected. Connected 2 laptops via a usbc dock to one side and to a PC on the other side. I am able to switch my dual monitors/keyboard/mouse to the PC and back to the laptops at the press of a button.

Worked for three months then breaks down intermittently. Have to re-plug in multiple times for it to work again, and seems to have completely stopped working todayUPDATE: Customer service was prompt and quickly responded and resolved the issue. Thanks!

don't buy it, It only has one USB 3.0 port, and it doesn't even work. I connected an external hard drive to the single USB 3.0 port, and it didn't even work. I thought that because of its high price, it would be of excellent quality, but it's definitely a rip-off. They don't even include a USB adapter to connect it to the PC.

It works, most of the time. Generally works well, charges the laptop fine and connects two screens well. Problem is that it disconnects completely for a few seconds 2-5 times a day, which means sharing screens during a call is always a gamble. Decent cheap option.

Easy to use and a great way to dock a number of peripherals

When I plugged both monitors in via HDMI and then power cable from my Dell laptop (USB C) - the power icon in the laptop Windows tray notified me that insufficent power was coming into the laptop and it could not charge. No change after resetting everything. Quality of product build is poor. Very light and surprisingly small. I have returned the item.

This is a 10/10 for me. It was a decent price and it works great. I had to start using my laptop for work after my computer got fried and I needed something to connect a few devices and 2 monitors. I currently have 2 monitors, a printer, scanner, and my keyboard connected through this docking station and it’s working great. It was super easy to use and has plenty of ports.

Door geregeld thuiswerken was ik steeds maar weer bezig met kabels en opladers opnieuw aansluiten en wisselen. Met dit artikel is dit verleden tijd. De extra voeding van mijn dell laptop voor werk voorziet het dockingstation nu van stroom. Daardoor loopt de accu ook niet leeg tijdens gebruik van de laptop. Deze is dan aangesloten via de usb-C kabel van het dockingstation. Dit product valt zeker niet tegen voor de prijs. Enige punt van kritiek; de usb-C kabel van het dockingstation is vrij kort. Hierdoor moet het dockingstation wel dicht bij je laptop staan.
