Overall, I found this to be be useful. But I did found some repetitions and a couple of misspellings though.

If you're thinking about starting your own business whether it be small business or a corporation you should make sure you have an LLC especially for protection. I know nothing about opening a business or what is needed but this book sure explained it well. It tells you why you should have the LLC because it protects your own assets outside of the business. It will explain any paperwork you might need also.

Even with no experience, this book provided little information beyond the basic knowledge you can find anywhere. The first five chapters are very repetitive and are then repeated again later in the book. The book could likely be condensed to about 20 pages.Additionally, at least the Kindle edition, needs significant editing as there were multiple repeated sentences and paragraphs, and at one point even referred to itself as an article that the reader found on the Internet.There are a few pearls, but I doubt they are not readily available in other references. Overall, it is worth the short read if it is not having to be paid for, but I cannot recommend it at the current price tag.
