Camaflexi Mid Century Abstract Coffee Table, Castanho

This is a great table at a great price! It is actual wood...NOT laminated pressed board! I was very impressed with the quality,look and the ease of assembly.

This table is really great looking and sturdy. We love the style.

The surface is thankfully smooth, but one side is smashed down on the edge like it was dropped. It was packaged very well, so it might have been from the previous buyer. The bag was torn open, and one screw was missing. No extra hardware was included, so I can't put it together until I get to the hardware store. It's not enough to return it, as the table is very nice. But a bummer for an otherwise very nice piece. The color is very good and it seems solid. The legs wobbled terribly when I put them on. But a second hit with my power drill helped a lot. The instructions dictate that you use a screwdriver, which is laughable. If you can get the screws in deep enough, the wobbles go away. But it's still a silly design

Assembly was super easy, and the table is of good quality. The table is a touch smaller than I anticipated, so just be diligent in looking at the specs to ensure it's a good fit for your space.

This is my fourth purchase from Camaflexi's Mid-Century line. As with my previous buys, I am very happy with the quality of this table. The only reason that I gave it less than five stars is because there was a small dent in the table surface that had to have been there before it was boxed up. This table is made of thick wood. It is very sturdy. Assembly is simple, involving only the attachment of the three legs to the tabletop. The screws provided are heavy duty, and I have no doubt that this table will hold up for many years. Though it isn't yet listed on the Camaflexi website, there is a coordinating end table that has recently become available. Camaflexi part number MDET09 is a nice complement to this coffee table. As mentioned earlier: there is a small indentation, about 1 inch long, on the surface of my table. Since there was no damage to the styrofoam packing materials or the carboard shipping box, it is reasonable to assume that this damage happened in the factory. It is not especially noticeable, and easily covered with a stack of coasters, so I did not bother to pack my table back up and exchange it. I have not seen any similar damage on the other Camaflexi products that I have purchased, so this defect may be an uncommon occurrence. Overall, I am very happy with my table and I would not hesitate to buy more products from this company. In fact there are two other products from this Mid-Century line that I am eager to buy, but they have been out of stock for the past few months. I hope that the six-drawer dresser and the five-shelf open bookcase return eventually so that I can add them to my new home. Edit: after a few months, the table leg broke at the bolt when my dog was running around the living room. Disappointing that a relatively light bump would wreck an otherwise nice table.
