You didn’t even know you knew this all along and now that you’re aware about it, you gotta dive deeper and quench your thirst. This book is so espectacular it has definitely changed my journey

I really loved this book. I read it in days and I’m ADHD, so that is not typical, but this was so easy and fun to read. I loved learning about doshas in a non-boring way. I really loved the way she summarizes at the end of each chapter for those of us with focus and memory issues. She also had exercises throughout, which are very helpful. It definitely gave me clarity about my purpose in life, especially that we don’t have to have just one, we can be multipassionate. I think this is one of those books where you learn something new every time you read, so I will definitely plan to read again.By the way, this book is more spiritually inclined in a non-religious way and this is not a Science-y book so if you’re looking for references for every paragraph, this is not it. I don’t care for credentials, I value wisdom and at her young age (younger than me), this girl has a lot of it. I enjoy books where I feel a soul resonance and I experienced a lot of it reading this book. Hope this helps!

I love everything from Sahara and this book is no exception. She clearly explains what dharma is and how to go about discovering yours. It's easy to read and very inspiring!

This is a true page turner, every page is filled with so many profound quotes that I found myself re-reading and highlighting several paragraphs. I love that through filling out questionaires and Dharmic personality tests it immediately prompts you to reflect on your own life, exploring who you are, breaking limiting beliefs and helping you shape your purpose for this one precious journey.I feel it is a book I would come back to whenever I feel slightly off path. Truly glad I found this book and recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know themselves deeply.

I'm on page 35 and already feel that this book have given me so much! Sahara use a simple language, it's easy to understand. The book gives me new aspects, insights and open up for questions in my own life. "Do I seek others approval? Do I wonder how I will survive, instead of wondering how I can thrive?" I'm so grateful for finding this book!
