This was my first time buying a couch online and I was definitely hesitant and looked at several couches before buying this one but I’m glad I did! From the day of placing my order, I got the couch in 4 days, a lot sooner than I thought and I was very happy. There was no issues with delivery and most importantly I did not have any damage, there was a little bit on the actual box but the way the pieces were packaged was thought out and well done. It took about 2 hours with 2 people to build it but this was our first time building something like this so we were a little slower and more cautious. The instructions were very easy to follow and simple. From the moment of unwrapping the cushions they already started to inflate rapidly and even though the couch isn’t broken in yet, it’s still comfortable. This couch in particular is definitely smaller and perfect for an apartment or small space, but not too small either. These pictures were taken right after it was put together, so the cushions have inflated more since this as well! I think it’s also worth mentioning that this couch is more suitable for shorter people and may feel awkward for taller people. Overall I love it and I’m very excited to use it! Update: 10 months later and sadly I do not recommend. If you are planning on using this couch every single day and have kids or animals, do not buy. Just a few months in it started to wear down pretty rapidly and by now you can definitely TELL. I thought after a few months this couch would get more comfortable, but to be honest the couches just made cheaply and it is not a comfy couch to curl up on. This couch pills very badly from just everyday use and basic maintenance. I don’t even let my dog on the couch and you would think I’ve had this couch for years and that animals have been all over it. Only thing it is good for is storage.

1. Couch arrives in 2 boxes a day apart from fedex, you only get the tracking number for the first box. Had to contact seller about the other box. 2. Easy to assemble, I did it by myself in 3 hours but it would help to have a 2nd person. 3. This couch is SMALL! My legs hang off the chaise and I’m 5’7. I have to keep the pull out part pulled out because the couch is too small to sit on without it and I’ll have to invest in an ottoman to place at the end of the chaise. 4. The two pieces (the party with 2 seats and the chaise) are incredibly difficult to connect. They have weird brackets (I included a photo) and you have to lift up either the main part of the chaise and position it just right so the brackets slide into each other. I gave up because I couldn’t get it to connect to save my life so now the two pieces slide away from each other if you sit down on the couch with any force. 5. The part that you pull out to make the couch bigger on the two seater part is held onto the track by a tiny brass screw looking thing on each side and at the end there’s a short metal stopper but if you move or barely touch the couch it falls of the track and will roll away and in order to put it back on the track you have to take the cushion off to lift up and place the little screw over the little plate and it’s just so flawed. It shouldn’t fall off that easily. 6. The back rest of the couch is so short, the pillows are taller than the back and it feels so odd. 7. The back pillows are armrest pillows are so flat, make sure you have pillows to add to it. 8. This couch is aesthetically pleasing and cute but for $515 I expect better quality and not so many design flaws. Looking back on it I would have picked a different couch but now I’m stuck with this. 9. The cushion covers rip very easily on the bottom, if you take them off to wash/clean and try to put them back on it will rip! This cannot be fixed. 10. The wood panels break easily, hence the duct tape

Great little couch. Storage space is very handy to have for storing blankets and pillows. This is great for small living rooms or awkward spaces. I have both. I have 4 access points to my small living room with a fireplace taking up one wall. This couch is perfect! When my 9 yr old daughter has friends over for sleepovers they all love sleeping on the couch. I’ve fallen asleep on it a few times myself - I slept well and didn’t wake up sore. When first put together the cushions fluffed out quite nicely. Soft but firm. Over time I have noticed some flattening of the cushions, but not so badly that it has become uncomfortable yet. I have pulled the cushions off and beat them a few times and that did seem to revive them some. It was a little bit of a pain putting it together, but I find 8 out of 10 times it’s user error. Instructions aren’t the best, but easy enough. For the price of the couch there is nothing I can complain about. It is a nice/cute $400 couch. I find it comfortable to sit on. I love it, and I’m not stressed out about what’s gonna happen to it every time a child sits on it. I’ve had $5,000, $3,000, etc. couches, this is worth it to me for it to be a decent looking couch I’m not embarrassed of while also being a couch I’m not stressed out about because I paid so much for it. You just have to keep your expectations in check. 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol All in all I would recommend this couch and it suits my needs for the phase I’m in with my children.

I was a bit cautious about this purchase because I typically don't buy anything on Amazon with sub-4 star ratings, but I took a chance on this couch and I'm glad I did. It shipped promptly and arrived in two large boxes - you'll definitely need two people to move the boxes and assemble this couch, but assembly was fairly straightforward. It took my friend and I a little more than an hour to get it fully put together. The cushions come flat in vacuum-sealed bags - I kept them in their packaging until it was time to put everything together, and they took about a day to fully fluff up. Note that the back cushions and armrest pillows are not exceptionally fluffy, as other reviewers have noted, but they definitely do the job and you could easily add throw pillows for extra comfort. I've had this couch set up for about a week now, and I mostly keep it in sleeper bed mode because it's so cozy. I have a pretty small apartment, and I love that I can host movie nights or have a friend stay the night if needed. It also works well as extra seating. The sleeper mode does not go all the way flat as pictured - you still have the backrest that stays upright - but seeing as I've fallen asleep on this couch multiple times, I don't think that will be an issue with overnight guests. The storage chaise is a huge plus for storing extra blankets or bedding too. The boucle fabric is very soft and looks amazing, but I will note that if you have pets, it's easy for them to snag their nails on. Just something to keep in mind! Overall would definitely recommend this couch, especially for those on a budget since this is so much more affordable than other similar styles I found.

This couch is great for a smaller frame people or you can leave it just pulled out all the time which is what we do. but the pieces come apart super easy and it's constantly sliding around and detaching leaving gaps and it's very difficult because the pieces of back of the couch just pull right off too easily & the side arm pieces too, if you try to move it so it just kind of feels like it's not sturdy or quality. It's really frustrating when you're sitting on the couch in the part that pulls out just slides back and forth. My daughter got stuck in between there one time and it was not very fun. I tried to move the couch myself so that I could vacuum the rug that I put underneath it and two of the pieces came off super easy and I couldn't get them back on until I found help so annoying. The material is really comfortable but the thickness or fluffiness of the cushioning is seriously lacking and it's definitely not as fluffy as it looks in the pictures. In fact it's hard wood so you really have to make sure you keep those pillows in place because it hurts when you hit your head on it. I tried velcro tape to get the sections to stay together and that worked for a little bit but it came off. The wooden slats break super easy they're so thin they're like wood kindling. We ended up having to put a heavy piece of plywood in the bottom section that pulls out because the slots just kept breaking. It's very small. When it's pulled out it is really nice and we just kind of left it like that for the most part I put a queen thick memory foam mattress on it so it's more like a daybed and that makes it really super comfy it just takes up a lot of space in our apartment to have it out like that all the time but it's honestly the best way to go with this couch and if I had a place to store thr full /Queen memory foam mattress to where it was more convenient to pull it off for space adjustment on a regular basis it would be a lot easier but I guess if you just got one of the thinner memory foam mattress toppers might be able to roll it up. the storage areas underneath the long piece is so nice! It pops open with ease it almost has like shocks or something on it and there's so much space in there we keep all of our extra blankets and pillowcases and stuff in there! It's not a heavy piece of furniture so I definitely recommend if you have hardwood floors to put a rug underneath it cuz it'll slide all over the place at every little movement. The back doesn't sit very high either so if you're a tall person, it might not be for you. I feel like this should be advertised as a "mini" sectional/ with full size transition to bed option and honestly if it didn't have that option with the storage I would have returned it. Realisticly feeling that a more appropriate price point would be around $250. I paid $400 plus $100 shipping &,it was late, and then half of it didn't come so I had to contact customer support and then next day it showed up. I do have to say though, 2 years later we still have it and it's annoying as heck still but it's held up really well on the material part and it's really easy to clean. I would recommend it to anybody who has a small space or kids because it's really low to the ground as long as you're careful about the metal underneath and keeping the pillows in place so the kids don't bonk their heads. and the assembly was pretty difficult and every time we have to put the sections back together where the metal brackets slide into place it takes two people because of the placement is just so bizarre. If you're looking for more of a daybed big comfy couch with a mattress topper on there, full-time.. that's where I feel it's best. Very loungy and comfy with some soft fuzzy blankets on there and a bunch of soft pillows.

[Update] I have put the cushion covers in the washing machine and few times now and can say that they hold up well. I make sure to zip them up and wash on delicate cycle and always let them air dry and I haven’t had an issue. I feel that this is super helpful for eliminating pet odor or other smells that get trapped in the upholstery. I will also say that I recently bought a BISSELL little green upholstery cleaner and it does WONDERS removing stains and helping to keep the material bright and clean. *Please be aware that bright color blankets that haven’t been washed may transfer color into the white/cream couch! I had a red throw I used for Christmas that I didn’t wash before hand that rubbed off on my couch cushions. The discoloration did fade with washes and is almost completely gone after upholstery cleaning. It shipped fast and assembly was fairly easy to assemble (FYI the chaise cannot be put in either end of the couch, it must go on the right if you’re looking at it from the back). I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness and comfort of the cushions for it to be a fairly cheap couch. The pullout accommodates a fairly tall person (my dad in the 3rd pic is 6’1) and the storage in the chaise is deep and holds several blankets and full sized pillows). I’ve seen some buyers on TikTok say the cushion covers are machine washable but I noticed in the assembly manual it was advised not to, but I have two pets so I’m sure I’ll have to experiment soon. So far I love it! Will update in the future!

Not thrilled. First when Amazon said "Delivered" I was excited to get it and put it together since I had just moved into a new apartment and needed it. Found out as soon as I started following directions on step 1, that I was missing parts. Turns out there is two boxes, so then with parts all over my livingroom, I had to wait 3 more days for box two to show up. Then I immediately went to work. Actually assembly was straight forward and I was able to knock it out in a couple hours. Now my disappointment comes from the actual comfort and quality. Top cushions when you sit on them you can feel the structure below them, back cushions are "ok", but side throw cushions supplied are horrible. They are like an inch thick. Think I may see if I can find stuffing to put in them to give them some actual cushion, which right now they offer no comfort to the hard siding of the couch structure. Or will have to find replacements that go with it. These are useless. Don't look as "puffed" out as pictures show. No fix for the bottom mainseat cushions, wouldnt be able to stuff in a pad or anything in there outer covering whoch us tight aroynd current weak foam inside, guess it will need a bunch more pillows to soften the blow to ones buns. So disappointed with overall quality and comfort.

The couch is SO cute and comfortable! (Kinda firm but we prefer that and like that it will keep up longer). We decided to get the U shape for more seating areas and a bigger bed when guests are over. When it first arrived we got only 2 boxes and it was just the L couch. We were a bit scared we got the wrong order. But we put it together in hopes we'd get the other chaise later on. We contacted the seller and they were very helpful and let us know the other chaise would arrive a couple days after. We got the other chaise and added it on so easily. It at most will take 2.5-3 hours to put the whole couch together depending on your skills lol (we don't have much but it was fairly simple). It's so soft and pretty comfortable. Do recommend to get some poly fill to put in the pillows as reviews say over time they deflate fairly quickly. We love the storage in our small apartment and it's very large but just righttt. Overall very pleased with the quality at the price it came with. If you're not looking for anything too expensive, and with storage, and style get it!!
