I heat it up in the microwave according to instructions but it was just not warm enough and the little heat didn’t last. I tried to microwave a bit more and still it didn’t get warmer. Overall, this is a warming pad but not a heat pad!

This is the perfect size for my neck. I like that it heats up in the microwave oven rather than having to plug it in. That is more convenient for me. I really like this heatable neck wrap.
