This product does not work at all on me

Like almost everyone else, I take one before bed and it helps calm my racing mind. My RN actually suggested this as an alternative to a prescription. The only thing I don't love about it is it gives me major cottonmouth. But the benefit sure outweighs the side effect.

While all my friends are on the melatonin train, I'm very firmly on the valerian buggy, because valerian is where it's at! This is a product that works as well as my favorite supplement. No unpleasant burpiness or aftertaste and it works well!

these are okay. decently easy to swallow. i ended with a weird aftertaste after a bit. wasn't sure if it really worked for me or not. it's decent for a trial of it. It's just not for me.

I ended trying these before bed hoping it would relax me and fall asleep. These did fine on my stomach and had no taste. They did nothing for me however taking one pill. I'm pretty sensitive to supplements and meds and just might have to up my dosage.These did ship in a nice reusable food grade bag, but are of fairly small quantity. I appreciate the fact that batch number, manufacturing date and expiration are all stamped on the package along with company contact info and manufacturing information.I was disappointed that these didn't do the trick for me and I will update if a larger dose works. Keep in mind everyone is different so my experience may differ from yours. I'm rating higher simply because I recognize this and it appears others have had good results so I am assuming it's me rather than the product. My rating will change based on my larger dose experience.
