So far so great! I’ve brewed coffee multiple times now using this product and it works great. I love how it’s super basic and easy to use. After using multiple other products such as the keurig and nespresso I got tired of the constant buying of capsules and cups etccc. This thing is easy to use and allows for your coffee to be warm for multiple hours. It fits right under my counter, paper roll next to it for reference. Brews a bunch of coffee (12 cups). Just one switch that’s all (to turn off and on). The coffee container does feel like it contains some plastic but so far durable and has not stained.

I only just got it but love it. They're isn't any hissing,dripping, or spilling all over the counter when you pour a cup of coffee. The last coffee pot did all of that. It's hot and doesn't take up to much space like some other ones do. More counter space. Personally, I do love the shape and size of it. But that's a preference thing.

It seems like a very good coffee brewing system I've had it now for a little while and I like the fact that it can make so much coffee I actually wait for it to cool down and pour it into two of my 1 liter empty bottles of Essentia Water. The one feature were you can pull the coffee pot out while it's still brewing to pour a cup the first time I tried it it worked fine the second time I was showing her friend and it didn't work I had to put the pot back under later another day I tried it again and it worked fine I would say be careful on that particular feature it may or may not work 🤷

Works great, very straight forward by having just an on/off button. Average size and easy to clean. Only wish it would turn off automatically. I wanted a very basic coffee maker, which this is. However, the auto turn off not being a feature on this is a bummer.

This is an inexpensive coffee maker that will make me happy every morning! My former coffee maker was very expensive, and I purchased it bc my son and daughter loved theirs. The maker did everything but mop the floor😂. I fought with the basket every day. Today, the basket jammed! Enough! This must have been defective, but I fought with I for months! So, I ordered the B&D. This simple, basic appliance will make me very happy tomorrow morning! B&D👍👍

We bought this September 2024 and now as of August 9, 2026 it finally died. We used it every day for almost two years, sometimes more than once a day. Never had any problems whatsoever! This would last longer if we didn’t use it so much but we’re so thankful for it!

This is a very basic coffee maker. It doesn't have a control panel or a computer. It doesn't think it's smarter than me and turn off when it thinks I've had enough or anything like that. It has an ON and OFF switch. I used a 24 hour timer that I bought online for $6.99 so it turns on when I decide and off when I decide. You can make up to 12 cups of coffee (which turns out to be 8 normal mugs) as weak or strong as you want and the only waste product is a bio-degradable paper filter that was made from recycled product in the first place. This is coffee like your fathers drank before then went to work building the skyscrapers and freeways and utility systems that are the foundation of our society - in Hollynut, Irish Wisk, Basil, Thyme and frillyBisk coffee in an environmentally destructive single serving cup before you shuffle back to the bedroom still in your PJs to continue your career as an "influencer."

Starting leaking water at 10 months of age, that surprised me. One pot every day. I figured it would last at least 1 year perhaps 2. :-(

I've owned fancy coffee making machines with confusing displays at a high cost and will never go back. These simple Black+Decker coffee machines are perfect. They're also durable and don't have the malfunctioning problems like these "fancy" coffee machines that are over-designed with technological components that fail far too soon. I've seen these simple coffee machines last longer than the Keurig's and Cusinart machines in office spaces where multiple people have to operate the machine to make their coffee. The price is dirt cheap but you get an old school reliable coffee making machine that not only does the job perfectly every time, but is simple to operate and lasts. I not only highly recommend this product but also the Black+Decker coffee grinder as well. Imagine spending $200 on a Cuisinart coffee machine that doesn't even burr your coffee beans, but then you could buy this coffee machine and their coffee grinder and pay less than half the price and less hassle. I swear by this coffee machine and highly recommend it.

Great machine, does the job for a good price. When you turn the machine on, the water heating element gets hot and so does the hot plate that keeps brewed coffee warm. The problem is, the water heating element doesn’t turn off after brewing is complete. You have to turn the machine off which means your brewed coffee will start to cool down. Leaving the machine on to keep coffee warm means there’s a burning hot water heating element inside the machine which seems kinda sketchy. I’d recommend only brewing enough that you want to consume right away or transferring the hot coffee to a thermos to keep it warm. Seems like shutting the machine off when it’s done brewing is the safest option. I left it on a couple times to keep the coffee warm, then opened the lid to dispose of the cooled grounds, condensed water ran down the inside of the lid and sizzled like crazy when it hit the hot element inside. Won’t be leaving this machine on to keep coffee warm.
