I purchased the knot Tyer as a replacement for my original knot tyer the other tyer has simply seen better days this is the easiest yet I have found for tying blood knots plus the fact that the first lasted close to forty years

I use this product every time I tie on a leader. The knot is strong, and it is easy to use. I have tried the other one, this one is the deal. It would be nice if they could mill a couple of slots down the side of the dowel to guide the line, but it works as is

As much as I want this product to work, it isn't foolproof, only makes a portion of it easier, with larger line the twists come out while you are winding and setting the knot is still a challenge and if not correct, the knot will fail. I am going to recommend a triple surgeons knot for the application or learn the blood knot without this device. Clever though.

If you're like me, I tie a lot of blood knots. As I got older, my hands and fingers don't work like they used to. This tool has made a HUGE difference. It's easy to use. I actually bought my sons one each!

I had struggled for a long time try to tie blood knots with very limited success...… I marveled at the guy who ties them with tooth pic...….. I finally ordered this tool and have been overwhelmed by its ease of use with fantastic results ….I tied several knots without a bad one being made then I got to thinking about how nice it would be to have both hands free so I took an old vise I wasn't using and made me a tool holder of the knot tyer...…. NOW I've got both hands free and this this is a gem...… I love itI could not find anything that I disliked ot I thought needed to be improved upon...… GREAT TOOL

I bought this tool to join my shockleaders while surfcasting. I struggle with my knots as my fine motor skills arent the best.This little tool is excellent really makes my life so much easier.
