The cables are straight and wire twisted inside a plastic sleeve and when you get your stitches on the cables and start to knit them after about 5 or more inches on the cables they stay straight and not twist the tips are 10cm or 4 inch long so when you add them to the cables you are adding 8 inches to the cables I bought it for myself for my birthday, great price on Amazon and quick delivery arrived in under 5 days only draw back is it hasn't got the 3.0mm in the set and the screw in end is small not large or mini the needle tip are smooth and pointed so you're stitches will glide off the needle tip I would recommend this set for the beginner and advanced knitters as 3.5mm is fine for DK yarn and 4.0mm also is fine for DK yarn 4.5-5.0mm is ok for Aran yarn. You can use the cable connector to connect two cables together.

Was recommended these by my daughter so glad I followed her advice. They have a very smooth transition between cable and tips. The cable is great as it doesn’t develop any kinks it stays flat. I love the different lengths of tips that can be purchased separately. I also love how you can get adapter parts so you can move between the three sizes. Will definitely be sticking to these from now on.

I always knit with circular needles and own a number of them, and also a very old set of interchangeable ones which are plastic, come apart while knitting, and the yarn catches in the join. Things have certainly moved on since those days. The ChiaoGoo needles are perfect. The angle of the points is exactly right. The join between needle point and cord is secure and smooth. The cords are soft and flexible yet very strong, and do not retain memory of being curled up like nylon ones do. I have never experienced better needles for knitting, even after about 60 years of knitting! The case is most attractive and very well made and finished, and being fabric rather than plastic, is not going to split over time. There is plenty of room for further needles to be added as and when required, and a nice side pocket for the accessories, which are also available to purchase separately if you want to add to the set. I absolutely love these knitting needles and would highly recommend them - they are well worth the money, and you will probably find yourself disposing of all your existing needles. These are the best needles I have used they feel good to knit with and don’t come undone like many do, they are also smooth at the join would definitely recommend.

Incredible product. I have several fixed circulars from Chiaogoo and am so happy to own a set of interchangeables. Flexible, no memory cord and sharp tips make this brand stand out from the rest. There was some confusion in past reviews as to what cords are included. This 4" twist small set includes 2-8", 1-14" and 1-22" cords. As well as stitch markers, needle guage, cable connector, 2 t- shaped tightening keys, 2 end stoppers and the beautiful case that holds everything perfectly. Love this so much <3

Perfect needles!

complete kit, amazing needles, it's a pleasure to work with. The sleeve isn't as qualitative as one would expect for a kit that expensive, but that's not really the important feature here.

Non ci credevo, pensavo che i commenti entusiastici su questi ferri fossero eccessivi e invece devo dire che hanno cambiato la mia esperienza di lavoro a maglia. il lavoro scorre meravigliosamente e non si inceppa mai neppure nella zona in cui il cavo si congiunge al ferro vero e proprio, la giunzione è soprendentemente liscia e scorrevole. li adoro e non so più farne a meno! quando mi capita di dover utilizzare altri ferri mi sembra di lavorare con il freno!
