This is a good blend for liver health. I try to limit the meds I take that can hurt the liver, and taking this helps boost things on the good end. Easy to swallow pills, I only take one a day because I already try to help the liver with other natural things.

I suggest never buying supplements off Amazon but definitely don’t get these. Pretty sure not 100 please just go to local market and triple check ingredients or trusted 3rd party tested and verified supplier. I get all my supplements from sprouts.

this makes me regular. I think it is because of the milk thistle. it is very gentle. you will really feel that it is cleansing you. I cannot tell for sure if it is really cleansing the liver but having soft bm everyday means you are releasing the toxins regularly and not let it stay in your system for too long. it is worth the try

Not a substitute for your own doctor.Looking at the list of ingredients, this should be a powerhouse!Arrived in a larger mid sized bottle ... black with a black lidThe moulded information on the bottom of the bottle is impossible to read - but the lot # and experiation are clear ... and two years to the future.Most of the label is easy to read, but some parts are not.Lid does have a cellophane tamper resistant clear ringFoam and foil inner seal which came off in small bits, awkward, though I finally got it off in mostly one pieceThe smell is super pungent and made me wrinkle my nose in protest. The pills are easy to swallow and have no real taste or smell. So far so good with this, I haven't experienced anything negative. This supplement has many ingredients so be certain to read through them before taking (for example I already take selenium, so I need to make sure not to take that on days I take this one, or I'll be taking too much).

The name suggest this is a source of liver for health benefits. This is not what the title suggest. It is suppleme ts to aide your liver. 4 pulls equal a serving which to me is too many. I generally will take a supplement 3 times max a day.
