It does what it says and made GREAT pasta BUT....
I bought this machine after realizing how many people use it to make their dough for pierogies. I have arthritis and don't have enough strength to roll out the dough. It does a GREAT job of it. I have only made some pasta to see if I could do it and as you can see in the pics it was a great success.I expected a more in-depth manual but it wasn't so, if you have NO experience with a pasta machine I suggest you watch YouTube videos, not only will you learn how to operate any pasta machine but you will learn many tips on how to improve your pasta adventure. I highly recommend this machine. My pics show my completed first plate of pasta and the 2 different sizes that it will cut. The last 2 pics show how NECESSARY it is to clean those rollers first before you make some to consume. It removes the oil from the machine. I have a hand crank also but some lucky person it gonna get it lol.

Perfect for me
The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with my machine. My husband was having a hard time rolling out the dough with a rolling pin. I saw a lot of bad reviews about this machine. But I'm honest, I'm very happy with it. It has made our work much easier. Thank you ❤️🙏

Easy to use. Be sure to clean the oil from the new machine by running a throw-away dough first.

machine was too heavy
I had to return machine. It was way too heavy for an 86 yr old to work with

Poor quality
My wife uses this machine to make rice noodles. After a month of using, the machine started making rattling noises. This week the machine completely died. I bought the machine on sept 12 and today is nov 1st.
