Worked seven times in less than 90 days and then quit.
This is an extremely costly tool if it only works seven times and then quits. I am extremely disappointed. I expect a refund. Purchased Jan 19, 2024; died today Apr 11, 2024.

Crap
This gets so hot it burns the bags and drained my car battery it should auto regulate when hot about burned my hand reaching in delivery bag

This thing is defective. Worked good til today, when it started smoking. Can no longer use for fear of my car catching fire.

Works, but be careful.
Bad: No way to regulate heat.Burned a hole through the insulated bag during a 40 minute trip (same bag as seen in product pics)Good: heats up food great. After burning a food delivery bag, I bought another bag but this time I placed the heating pad in a roasting pan. Maintained heat without the damage to the bag.Would give it a 4 star rating, but it clearly needs a pan or protective layer of some sort, which is different than the product pics.
