Other than the fact that the belt teared up(which I fixed on my own) within a week of it's use, it seems to work fine. The sweating is there and with some exercises it will help you reduce an inch or so within a month.

Does it make you sweat like crazy in the Indian summer simply by wearing it and doing nothing? YesDoes it make you sweat to the point your clothes are drenched? Hell yes.Been doing nothing except wearing belt and regular household work or simply walking about, and I was shocked to see how much sweat it produced from the belly alone. It's comfortable and not at all gross and sticky like I had worried it would be. Don't know if it'll help me reduce inches in any way, but it sure does make a person feel good to see they're sweating while doing the bare minimum.

I shop on Amazon a lot but I've only bothered to write reviews for a handful of things which are damn good. This does exactly what it says. Imagine walking around with a sauna around your abdomen. That's this thing. The amount of sweat that drips off this thing after my workouts is insane. When I focus abs I can feel my whole core is WARM! I saw the pictures people posted of the sweat after their workout and I didn't believe it was truly real, but it definitely is 100%.When it comes down to it, I know water weight is the low hanging fruit of losing inches. I'm not expecting a miracle from this thing but it helps a lot in making workouts more effective. It even helps support my mid back a tiny bit during workouts.I'm also following their fat loss plan. It has helped me so much during my fitness journey.
