Excellent heating instructions
Nice product with unique customization features, like “bring your own” mask filler. I also liked detailed heating instructions. Most microwavable masks just specify one heating time, which is super-convenient, but dead wrong. Because household microwaves have different powers, they would heat mask to different temperatures when set for the same heating time. This product specifies time settings for various microwave powers, which is very important. If theses masks are not heated enough, there is no relief to eyes, and when they are overheated on the other hand, then they may burn the skin.

Loving it so far.
I received the mask last week and have to say it's the best mask I have used to date. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the packaging could be better to keep it wrinkle free when it is shipped. The mask is unique in design with the head strap and the zipper closure for easly filling and replacing the seeds (I use flax). I also washed it as soon as it arrived. It held its color and shape very well. I will report back on how it holds up after many uses. I have used several other masks but they did not hold up and leaked out the seeds. This mask also has excellent instructions for proper use and heating.

lovely, but fragile
Lovely, does what it's supposed to. Washable and I can fill with own grains. The construction however is pretty fragile. The satin tore on several places where meets the flannel after just a few weeks and can't be mended due to the flimsiness of the satin. For the price I'd hope for a much longer use, maybe this was a fluke.

Too small!!
This eye mask is too small. The zipper at the top leaves an imprint above my eye and hurts. The only thing I do like is the heavy pressure on my eyes from the flax seed I fill it with. I have to wear it over my silk eye mask so the zipper doesn't hurt me.

Safer than prefilled masks The great thing about this mask is that I can fill ...
Safer than prefilled masksThe great thing about this mask is that I can fill it with my own flax seeds. That gives me peace of mind, because I have no idea what chemicals the other pre-filled masks are stuffed with. In terms of performance, it works well - easy to use, comfortable and the heat lasts longer than my previous alternatives, (damp washcloth, or another mask I have that says it's for dry-eye heat treatment, but not to microwave). I apply the mask for about 5 minutes, and my eyes get moist naturally. From the clinical publications I read, it seems clear that heat improves blood circulation, which in turn relieves tear duct obstruction, This confirms the the advice I received from my ophthalmologist. I do it every day and have had great results - and the price was very good.

Be proactive in treating Blepharitis--Ophthalmologists don't know about all the different products out there.
The mask was well made. I have a very persistent case of Blepharitis in both eyes that started after cataract surgery. I thought it was dry eye and my Eye Dr. didn't catch it for months..by then I had a stye and terrible irritation in both eyes. Using a warm washcloth only lasts for 4 minutes, tops. For me, I need moist heat, not dry heat. If you know of a product that provides moist heat that lasts at least 10 minutes I'd try it. The baby shampoo eye scrub makes my eyes worse so I went on Amazon and found many good eye wipes that don't require rinsing. They work much better than baby shampoo!

They are not comfortable for me
They are not comfortable for me, therefore I am not using them to sleep. I plan to were them with hot rice for my swollen eyelids.

Retains heat
This is the first mask that ive found that retains heat for the full time and it is still warm fifteen minutes later. I used flax seed and heated it separate so I could heat it a bit more. I uses 4oz of flax seed and it fit well. It had the proper pressure on the eye glands..Cons plastic zipper so you need to be careful heating it in the microwave as it could melt or weaken the zipper. they give a handy heating chart for the different microwaves. No fault of the seller amazon prime shipped it out but then took four days to get the product to my home. Another Amazon prime fail. just be aware it could take a bit longer then amazon prime promises. It was worth waiting for as it works well. I plan on ordering one for my son.
