This set is such a great value has everything I needed for hip thrusts and lifting, and it all feels surprisingly durable. The squat pad is comfortable, the accessories are useful, and it’s easy to take with me to the gym

Good value!
Very pleased with this workout set. I would say it is made for beginners because that’s what I am. It contains everything you need to start lifting weights and doing it safely. Also comes with a jump rope and a case to carry everything with you to the gym or on the go. It is a quality product for the price.

Comfortable, Sturdy, Cute
The color is so cute, if you love baby pink definitely get this set. the lifting straps, barbell pad, and the bands are perfect. I use all of them when i go hit glutes and hamstrings. BUT the ankle straps are a little bit loose and move around a little, that’s why i am giving it a 4/5 stars. But overall if you love the color pink and need a cute workout set, this is definitely the move.

Squat pads
I’m not much into weight lifting, but my sister is and these have been a game changer. The shoulder pad has removed her discomfort. Made from good quality material and bag to keep you organized. It’s good for the older group.

Glute Day Greatness!!
I use this about 3x a week on my leg & glute days. Have had it for about 10 weeks & no problems whatsoever. Helpful when doing squats & hip thrusts on Smith machine & I love the attachments for the kickbacks I do on the cable machine.

Nice and comfy
Love that it’s pink. Does what it’s supposed to do. I was gonna order all this separately and then found this pack (cheaper to buy as a set), epically if you want pink lol

Great all-in-one gym set - very satisfied!
I love this set and use everything that comes with it. The barbell pad is comfortable for hip thrusts and squats, the resistance bands and ankle straps are solid quality, and the lifting straps work great. The carry bag makes it easy to bring everything to the gym. Excellent value for getting multiple accessories in one package. Highly recommend!
