Fine Product but don't expect anything great
Ordered 1 unit for my international trip, if you go with plastic quality by touch then it is very poor, so somehow I had to trust this suitcase's quality and went with the trip, and IT SURVIVED the test with no breaks or issues. So quality-wise material is good👍 Features are nothing great, the suitcase comes with normal compartments with nothing so special to talk about. The claim scratchless is not true, my suitcase got scratched quite a lot on this trip. The suitcase handle could have been better at the price point and brand proposition they go with. Hence overall 4 stars as it does the job for youz

Great buy with smooth wheels and good build
The luggage is very nice. Looks very good, Have a very sturdy build with good zips and value for money. The wheels deserve a special mention and walked a lot with the suitcase with zero concerns.

Absolutely rubbish product
Possibily company might be selling degraded stuff over online platform at discounts and superior one without discounts in the market. Cos extremely poor quality Polycarbonate material is been used by the company which gets scratched very easily or may be we got cheated by an unauthorized seller who is selling spurious matetial on Amazon in the name of DELSEY.

It is totally worth the price. I have always loved Delsey brand and that continues with this suitcase as well. The zippers are like butter absolutely the best. The wheels are super smooth. The charcoal colour is outstanding. It’s light weight and the size is perfect too. Don’t think twice just go for it.

A decent suitcase that's good enough but not premium
This is a decent suitcase overall. It's advantage is that it is light weight but adequately strong. This allows additional few kgs of luggage to be stuffed. It is slightly on the compact size even among medium sized suitcases in the 65-70 cm range. While the zippers and wheels are good, the interior lining, zippers and fabric are OK but not premium. Those looking to buy Delsey for a premium experience will not get it from this suitcase which is definitely a budget model. You should look at the more expensive models like Chatelet etc. For comparison, I own another suitcase from Carlton (VIP) which definitely feels more premium on the inside compared to this suitcase.

Delaney Paris Tiphanie - some weak points
The interior is too simple - could have provided some pockets for storing delicate / small things like neck ties , handekerchiefs etc. The handles look weak and not strong enough to wear the full weight.
