seller not picking up the return,I am waiting for three days,Delhivery pickup shows, delivery cancelled by customer.mobile is dumb,it has no wifi,no computer connectivityno way to import contactsBluetooth calls log is not savedhave to individually write every contact and save themno shortcut to increase or decrease volumebluetooth call quality is very bad. and connectivity range is also small.heavy phone, and seller is not taking return, every day it shows cancelled by customer, but i am waiting for return to be processed.it is 2g , dumb mobile. no feature in comparison any decent feature keypad phone.sd card maximum is 32 gb. no internet connectivity possible.very bad mobile overall, no internet browser, no whatsapp, no facebook.not even settings to control keypad backlight,it is primitive feature phone of 80's.

This phone is king of battery backup, I used to charge this phone once in a month

I have bought it. After a month it is now lacking too much and after lacking it is not working since 1 days. I have gotten 111 days of replacement with this package. And now I want to replace my phone. If Amazon will replace it,I shall be very thankful.

Buy this phone only if you can carry a phone which is big and heavy and you would not feel ashamed in taking it out in public, or just want to use it as a power bank with a sim. I'm keeping it because I can't return it
