Phone setup and working of the phone
the phones speaker incoming volume has a lot to be desired. There is conference calling, but it seems difficult to use on this phone. I ended up buying two more required components that were in the box already. I want to change the cruddy music that people hear on hold, have not figured a way to do this. I still have not figured out how to use the alleged built in voice mail. I have spent countless hours on the menu "program" button/ system. I am over the pop on menu on the phone that sys "Phone Setup - System Setup" It does not work like the book says it is supposed to work. So I had to order voice mail thru my phone company. If I had to do it all over again, I would obtain a VOIP system, and not go thru a POTS system. The password that is supposed to be the default does not work, so hence I cannot sep up the system. I have not had time to call the support team. Note: For instance, when you put Do Not Disturb on. The person doing that at his/her extension, show blinking on everyone else's extension.

We bought the 6 line phone as it says in the description for $1,148.88.The 4 line phones are only $959.87.We only received the parts to have 4 lines. It says 6 lines in the description.. it should've came with the part to let us use 6 lines. If we wanted 4 lines we would've ordered the 4 for less money.

Great user support to solve Fax issue
Our office was flooded and had to move to another building in short order. We bought this phone system instead of moving the old Southern Bell system.Set up was a snap. But the fax line was not working properly. Xblue customer support was responsive. We got two calls from them. One suggested us to purchase a fax switch stick and the other offered the following solution. If you have a dedicated fax line, simply split the incoming line and connect one to any line other than line 1 of Xblue and the other to the fax/credit card etc. Then set the auto attendant delay to 24 sec that is about 4 rings and set your fax to pick up in one or two rings. There is no need for a fax switch stick. The line1 aux port confused us initially and we incorrectly put fax to line 1. That port is really designed for answering machine not for fax.Xblue works perfectly now and we appreciate the timely customer support from Xblue.

Great system
This is a great system. It installs very easily following the detailed instructions. If you have an existing system, most is 'plug and play' It has most features found on larger systems for half the price. Programming was very easy. Our system has been in use for several months now with no problems at all.
