Since starting my GLP-1 journey, finding options that both hydrate me and help me meet my daily protein goals has been a real challenge. I’ve tried several flavors from this brand so far and have really enjoyed all of them. While there is still a faint protein aftertaste, it’s not chalky, heavy, or overbearing like many other products on the market. Plus, having that little bit of caffeine gives me just the right amount of pep to get through the day. If you're on a GLP-1 medication or just struggling to hit your protein and hydration goals when you don't feel like eating, these are definitely worth trying!

Best protein water ever! I love protein2o! The flavor is amazing. Very refreshing and love that it has a hint of caffeine in it. Easy to get some extra protein in while enjoying your favorite flavor. You just can't go wrong.

This is a pretty good tasting drink. I do enjoy it but you definitely get that protein aftertaste. I like it having protein and electrolytes and I would've given 5 stars if it didn't have 125mg of caffiene. I ordered this for the flavor and electrlytes not the energy. Worth trying once if you enjoy cotton candy but I think its a one time buy.

It’s more like flavored water, which makes it super easy to drink, especially after a workout or when you just want something quick and hydrating. The 15g of whey protein isolate is a solid boost without feeling heavy. It’s also convenient to just grab and go—no mixing, no mess. If you’re tired of the typical protein shakes and want something that feels more like a treat but still helps you hit your protein goals, this is definitely worth trying. Good substitute for red bull addiction.

so I got really sick and lost a ton of weight. I started losing my hair, always dehydrated, it was terrible. The hospital gave me one of these protein waters and told me to put a packet of fruit punch drink mix in it just a little. It was amazing. You can open them up and drink them just like they are, all the flavors are really good. Best of all, my hair stopped falling out. Yay for extra protein.

Not a huge fan of the cotton candy flavor but not sure what I was expecting from a protein drink. Would be curious to try other flavors!

These honestly taste like cotton candy gogurts and are absolutely delicious! It doesn’t make my stomach upset and the whey taste and mouthfeel are tolerated better on this one given it is reminiscent of a comfort food for me. I really like its hydration benefits too since I struggle to get enough electrolytes and water as it is.
