Our lawn mower bag broke, which created a lot of thatch build up in my yard. I bought this thatch rake to help take care of some of it. Although it was a lot of work, it definitely worked well! I recommend this product for others who need to dethatch an area

This tool became more helpful than I was expecting. I wanted to level out some soil with 3/4" gravel mixed in before laying flagstone. I did get a leveling rake but that would not tear up the turf or grab the gravel. This tool worked better than a rigid garden rake to scrape the top layer of soil and gravel off, thus leveling it. The excess was then easy to remove. I only used the leveling rake at the end. This thing did the bulk of the work and did it well. The fins are a little but thin and I had to bend some of them back into place a couple of times. The length was perfect for me at 5' 9". And I liked being able to dial in the angle of the rake head by slightly rotating it.

This item works great at getting the dead grass up from the yard! If you have a patchy yard be careful as it will grab some good clumps of grass as well so rake lightly over these areas. It’s definitely a workout! In the picture that was after I raked a 10 foot strip the width of the rake. I recommend 👍

Well made tool, easy to use.

Works really well, but using this is extremely difficult physically. Used it on my front lawn and I had to have my sons help me out. I had to also take frequent breaks to finish.Lawn is looking much better this year.

Handle keeps slipping off under use and tubes keep coming unscrewed. Seems they engineered it more for ease of shipping than actual use.
