Came on time ... Thought it was broken but the tubes were loose so sure tubes are tight or else it will not pump. A little loud but works great. For someone who drinks a lot of water it gets me cold water for a good price.

The instructions are OK it says to prime the hot water button with the container of water, but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t prime up doesn’t work so and there’s no phone number to call so disappointed it’s sitting in my shop taking up space

This water dispenser made my life so much easier! It’s amazing! Hot water available whenever is so useful without having to wait. I make tea often and hot chocolate for the kids even instant coffee if I’m in a hurry. It’s also nice having cold water without the worry of ice and it’s very icy cold. I absolutely love this it’s my favorite new thing in my home for sure. My kids can easily go get their own water and I don’t have to worry about them being burned because there is a safety switch for the hot water.

I had another brand that stopped working after three years and was no longer available. I tried this one. I am disappointed that the compartment for the water bottle is not as tall as my previous one. I really have to push the water bottle in the top of it rubs on the ceiling of the compartmentBe less there seems to be less room to put your water bottle water bottles that fit on my old unit do not fit on this oneIt was difficult to start up. I couldn’t get it to work when I plugged it in the on off button is a fake you needed to push the hot water button prior to plugging in. The instructions say water will come out, but it did not but once I pushed the hot water button for a while and then plugged in the machine, then it powered on.Smaller it seems to have a smaller compartment for cold and hot water. It runs out quicker, taking waiting a while to wait for the water to cooler heat.Made of cheaper materialNo nightlight feature

I didn’t like that the water is not coming out as cold as supposed to be . During hot weather is room temperature and on winter is really cold . It should be the other way around
