No. And it doesn't come with Castor oil. The picture and the description are deceiving. It is only an empty mascara tube and nothing more.

No. Sneaky. It never directly says that it includes oil. It shows pictures of oil and talks about how to use the oil but never actually says that it’s included. It’s very misleading.
