Great suppliments. Both my son and I are taking these regularly. We have used other brands which were more expensive from an independent small supplier, but these are equally as good and i will be purchasing these again.

Uncoated tablets
Had to stop taking these as on several occasions being uncoated I had trouble swallowing them and choked a couple of times. I understand that it's not possible to add a coating which is a shame, have now switched to capsules.
