Navy kohl eyeliner pencil.
Disappointing. Smudges and doesn't last. Bit wishy washy colour too. Rich enough testing on hand but can't get richness on eyes.

Doesn't work and would accept a return or refund
Doesn't apply any colour to the eye, even with pressure. Tried to do a refund or return via Amazon, but it just said that this product was not eligible for return, even though it was still within the returns date. Trued to leave seller feedback but the Amazon site wouldn't let us.
