These are GREAT!!
I bought these for my rental. They didnt have any reviews, but figured for the price I could give them a try. I am SO HAPPY I did b/c these locks are perfect! I have a bunch of doors and have gone though a bunch of smart locks. This one is my fav for the following reasons:-Easy to program-Price-Has both lock and unlock buttons which reduces confusion for guests/tenants.-Locks automatically after unlocking with code. (This feature can be turned off is not desired)-Looks good.-I paired these with Kwikset "Halifax" handles, which were around $30, and they look great together. Swapping out an entire door set: keypad deadbolt lock with handle for around $75 is a win in my book!**The instruction manual left out which button " " to press to program, hint: its the "unlock" button.Cheers!

Decent quality for the price, Just READ before install.
The instructions do not provide correct, or complete programming information. I had to call and speak with a AMAZON tech support person, who was very nice and together we discovered proper programming. First: THE CODE YOU MUST CREATE (user and administrator) MUST BE 6 DIGITS. And the unlock button on the keypad is what the instructions refer to as the " " button. Once you know that, programming is easy.

Good value and Nice looking auto locking deadbolt.
This is my first electronic lock, and I like that it's not app connected, so much less chance of hackers unlocking it.When installing it, I had to adjust the bolt to be longer and match my old one, this is done by twisting it a little and pulling it out longer then twist back so the metal tab clicks into the hole. I found I had to do it with the bolt retracted otherwise the bolt didn't fully retract when operated.I installed the back plate with the longest bolts and I added a tiny washer to each one (in photo) so the back plate will resist more if someone trys to pry the front lock off. The washers spread out the force more. The included rubber dot in the package is to hide the bottom screw that holds the inside knob part to the metal bracket.I did watch the video and it was a great help for installation overview and how to program the keypad. The manual is poorly written and hard to understand and is missing information about the programming.Codes are 6 digits and " " means Unlock button in the manual.I really like the auto lock feature, and the voice confirmation about actions performed, great if you speak English.Careful reading page 9 of the manual and a few tries, I was able to change my default auto lock from 10 seconds to 30 seconds, so I'll have time to get out the door before it locks.Great value for the money.

Great Lock - Manual Is Lacking
I installed this lock on our HOA Storage Shed and it works very well. The installation is pretty straight forward and easy - it fit our door perfectly. Just make sure the power cable is not obstructing anything and you should have no problem. The lock is shipped with the master code set at 123456 - this will need to be reset to a 6 digit code of your choosing - the Reset Button to do this is on back below the batteries. The confirmation key is the Unlock Button as mentioned by another user [it got left out of the printed manual].When you set your new master code, you will enter your 6 digit # + the unlock button twice. Once this has been set, you can enter additional 6 digit Pins for more users as we have - just hit Reset Button and enter master code + unlock button - now enter your new Pin + unlock button twice and you will have an additional Pin set up.One nice feature for homeowners is the unit will auto lock in 30 seconds - no forgetting to lock the door! For our application, this feature was shut off which can easily be done. The only reason that I did not give this lock a 5 Star Rating was the poorly written manual in my estimation. Once I figured sequence out, it was super easy to program additional Pins. The overall mechanical features of lock are very good - having both a Lock & Unlock Button on Keypad makes it very user friendly. Unless something happens to lock, our HOA will be ordering 4 more of these - our pool entry and facility doors will be truly Keyless and only have keys for a backup.

Missing a part, and confusing menu
The lock itself should have two bolts that can be screwed in from the indoor plate, but mine only came with one. I can still install it, but a little unsecured compared to two screws. Installation otherwise is typical of any door locks. The menu needs some work. The admin and user passcode must be 6 digits but not spelled out anywhere. Menu refers to " " on the keypad often when you are setting up. There is no space button on the keypad of course, so it just means the unlock button. I had to so some experiment to figure these out myself.I was able to disable the auto-lock feature after some playing around. Just choose the first option when prompted, which will switch between auto-lock on and off. This is kind of spelled out in the menu but not obvious. No battery included, so you must get 4 AA batteries yourself. This seems to be the norm from my experience. So overall, a decent entry level keypad lock for the price.
