Cheap, useless. My previous purchase of a similar item lasted me for years. This one gave up on first use

The media could not be loaded.  I like this little tool. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. It does what it states, removing bobbles from any clothes that need it. They don’t come off immediately, but after working it a few times - you are left with nice results. Doesn’t appear to damage the clothes, and feels sturdy enough to keep for a few years, so I would recommend it and will certainly continue using it myself.
