I’ll be upfront and say I’m not using this bench traditionally with an ez curl bar. I’m using it single arm with dumbbells, and it is amazing. For the longest time I tried to make due with an incline bench but could never get the stability I needed to progress the exercise. Especially on my left arm.With this bench I can stabilize way better and just like in and go. Plus the incline of the pad is PERFECT. I would say it’s between 70 and 80 degrees and is the perfect angle. A lot of times with these benches the angle isn’t steep enough so you have to rig the bench with plates or whatever you can find to get the angle you want.Assembly was super easy. Use real tools to put it together and you’re good.For $200 this is an execellent bench and will serve you well to bring up your biceps.

Sturdy. Easier to pick up and set down the weight than my old bench. Seat forces you to lean forward a little and I feel that is a plus.

Best purchase of 2023. Couldn't be happier with my investment. This one has taken my arm workouts to a whole new level n fits perfectly into the home gym.
