Yea got this phone for my grandma as she finds it quite difficult to handle other phones and she is pretty loving it cos it’s easy to use, sizeable, makes it easy for her to text cos of the bold buttons, and the battery life lasts.

WARNING. I had problems with using a smart phone.. Then i heard about mobiles that were designed in such a way to solve many of the problems some people had with smart phones. I decided to get one and am VERY disappointed with it. It is a lot smaller than I expected, (as I as the size was in metric and am still using feet and inches), so in my mind the "zoomed in" pictures of the user friendly big buttons were misleading. The battery cover wont come off no matter how Hard I try so I cannot comment on its ability to make calls or the sound quality. Oh well...never mind.

My brother needed a new phone and this one is very good.l It has a much better battery life than his old one. Easy to use and being a flip phone goes nicely into his little holder. Buttons are clear and a good size as well. Ring tone is good and the sound quality on receving calls is very clear.

Bought several phones for elderly mother who is tech phobic. She loves this one. Makes her happy and give security as she can use it easily. It is one for hard of hearing she says it is perfect. For a hard to please Mum, this truly is a good endorsement

Good looking unit, easy to handle but does not work properly. functions are not programmed correctly so unit does not respond to key strokes correctly. Had to take unit to local telephone shop and my wifi/broadband supplierboth of whom confirmed the malfunction. In the meantime we have tried other units, the first of which had a similar problem, the othervunit functions correctly. Obviously I am unhappy with this unit and although it is out of the return date hope you will accept a return and refund accordingly.
