It wasn't a used item, as I had ordered

the drill is powerful when it wants to work, but seems like when in the higher torque or drill settings it wants to do a hit and lock upwhen trying to back screws out, the bit will not stay in no matter how much you tighten the bit on it,so whatever your screwing down, dont expect to use this drill to take it back offoverall its going to end up being replaced fairly quicklythe other tools in the kit are sub par, the tape measure broke in the first few uses (bent the end so it was hard to get a legit reading) the saw blade folds inder the slightest pressure so it cant cut anything, the sockets are cheaper. the handles keep coming off all the screw drivers and stuff... nobody took the time to glue or mold them i guessif i didn't get them dirty and damage the blade on the saw i would return. but i dont like returning stuff that is obviously used or any damage so i'm stuck with it. i plan on contacting amazon support to see what they say on the situation

For the money it seemed to have a lot included, and I was very pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!I've had this cordless drill set for about a few weeks now and have used it 10-15 times. It's great for small projects around the house, like putting up shelves, hanging curtain rods, and installing cabinets. It's easy to use and doesn't weigh very much, so you can hold it with one hand. I do not see any downside, if you are planning to use as a house hold tool. Remmeber this one is nor a professional one but it do the jb for normal house hold tasks.Hope this helps!

Not a bad deal but tools are good to learn on. The case is poorly formed and tools for the most part will not fit or stay in their cavities.
