Nice and loud
Does the job its meant to. Nice size for holding. Can take the volume right down and it can also get loud enough to really cut through....against three guitars, a bass and vocals, albeit at acoustic levels

I’ve gone through lots of different ones to get the sound I like. This is the one I like best. It’s a nice light grain (or whatever you call the filling) and moves easily. Others have been heavy, or bigger chunks and it impacts the sound. Carries across a full wind ensemble and audience!

Large LP Shaker
Bought it just to play Riptide. However I am a percussion junky and like to use percussion colours while still on the kit. Like any accessory you may play it once or twice on the gig , carry it with you every gig there on and it’s used sometimes and sometimes not. Am I happy with it? Yes good solid sound cutting through the electrics. For some reason it has a cancer warning sticker on the wrapping around it. That threw me however did not stop me using it. LP gear is not cheap gear however the gear that I have had longest in my percussion bag is LP. It’s good gear.
