This product is absolutely fantastic if you’ve got an iPhone. I highly recommend you can download all your photos and videos and keep them safe. Upload them to your PC or go to a camera shop have them transferred onto CD or pen drive. And the quality of this product is absolutely amazing it feels extremely well-made. please stay away from this company, they are scammers and roughs, i purchased a 512G disk, kept my photos on it thinking they are safe, I lost all my photos and i cannot access the disk, Blanbok claims the software was updated and the disk is now corrupt hence they cannot help me recover my photos. They need to tell customers that the life expectancy of the is is no more than 2 years.

So easy to use
I got this to back up my iPhone rather than filling up my phone and ICloud. It’s so easy, plug and play. But the real beauty is that you can create a file on the device and store photos as you want. It’s not a simple backup device that creates a flat backup file, you can log into the directory you create and see the individual items, but like that on a laptop.I’m happy with it and it’s a good price

Easy use, outdated software
I appreciate the size of the drive and the ease-of-use of the app. The software is slightly outdated. It felt like a beta app. However, the product is simple and easy using, when you get the hang of it.I went on to buy one for my mum, as she had too many photos. But, it was something a little too tech-complex for her.

Well Made USB device
Straight away find a heavy solid feel. Unlike plastic USB flash drives that can swivel , this one clicks back into place. As soon as I connected to my iphone pro 14 it wanted to d-load Luxsync Pro. I avoided this but realized it was needed and just as they state in their manual , you must then download the app yourself from the app store. It is supplied with a Lightening to USB-C adapter. I like the box and the inner foam compartments so it's a good place to store the item when not in use. This is an item that will store your iphone data. Quality connectors.
