The product is fantastic. Wowever, per the instructions. I changed the filter and now Dewy does not work. I followed the video on line and still nothing. please help! It was alot of money and now i have nothing.

I thought this was great for travel and it worked while we were on vacation, but stopped working after having it for two months. Save your money and buy a reliable product.

I bought this hoping it would help me on business trips to Denver, after getting bronchitis just from the dry climate there on a weeklong trip; I live in Florida, so I'm used to very high humidity. It worked out perfectly! I took it to work with me and made sure to breathe in the cool steam very deeply several times throughout the day and sometimes leaving it going right under my face as I worked at the computer. It's just about the same size as a water bottle so it doesn't seem out of place at all in the work environment. It fit into my laptop bag without ever spilling. I never even had to recharge it all week. I couldn't be happier with this product!

Stoped working on my second trip.Too late to return it.

Stopped working after one use. Contacted product support and was advised to change the filter on a brand new item.

This s a little gem of a device for sleeping at night

I bought it January 7, 2025. I used bottled Spring water. And even sprung for filter replacements. It quit working, Nothing! It is charged and cleaned and still will not work. Not worth the $60 for only two months.

However, I understand that this is a safety feature to prevent any leaks or malfunctions, so it's not a big deal.Once it was ready to use, it worked great. It was very easy to use, with clear instructions on how to operate it. The light on the device is not too bright, which is perfect for using it in the bedroom without disrupting sleep.One thing I love about this humidifier is that it's rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about constantly buying and replacing batteries. It also has a compact size, making it very portable and perfect for traveling or moving it around the house as needed.And of course, I've noticed that my skin has been feeling more hydrated since using this humidifier, which is great.
