I was skeptical but I'm very pleased with this product. Its compact so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. We use it at our cabin. It does make 26lb of ice in 24 hours. It makes small portions at a time but adds up quickly. My freezer used to be filled with ice before this. Now I have so much room in my freezer!

I have two of these machines at work already in our Work Kitchen & Cafe...Machine is awesome!; Bought this one for home use....Plugged it in, filled the water tray; and boom!; ICE was made in no time!; Ice started popping like popcorn when it was done; The machine used up every ounce of water I put in the machine...In one use, I have enough ice to use daily for a whole month; (maybe even longer)...Just 2 adults live in my home; but we use ice for every drink/drink pouring container we have...So much ice was made that I had to unplug the machine to stop it from making more ice! 🤭...I filled up 3 containers with ice and put them in my freezer...I took my old fashioned ice trays and put them in the the cabniet for use in making something else in the future (There's more space in my freezer now too!) ...As for the ice machine; I unplugged it and put it away for whenever I'll need it again-In 2 or 3 weeks, a month maybe?..Love this thing!!!

Originally, this order was sent to another state, to no one we know. Reached out to the vendor and after clarifying the address of the order, they expedited the order and we received the item within 24 hours! Great customer service. Set it up and it is working perfectly.

I like the smaller size as it fits nicely on My counter space. I am using the ice for health reasons. It is keeping up to its name, as I always have Ice on hand. I love the many uses for this machine.

Love the convenience and ease of use in making extra ice. Very nice looking and great value for the price.

I love it! Is really cute and works wonderful

Bought this in August 2023, used it a few times a week until now. It has stopped pumping water. So no water on the pins, no ice is made. Thought it would last longer than one year.
