It is difficult to remove the label so it is sticky on both sides. And when we try to remove the tape from the pant legs/ boot, it comes apart , stick to our fingers in small bits and takes a long time to get it all off. Additionally, and perhaps worst of all, it grabs EVERYTHING on the tail, including burrs, seeds, sand, pieces of weeds and everything else we walked through. We are sure it does what it is supposed to do but it is way too much trouble. Not at all worth purchasing.

Ticking away!
I think they worked. Haven’t had any ticks coming out of the woods

Way too sticky
I guess it is formulated to capture ticks and other such insects, HOWEVER, it is way too sticky. It is difficult to remove the label so it is sticky on both sides. And when we try to remove the tape from the pant legs/ boot, it comes apart , stick to our fingers in small bits and takes a long time to get it all off. maybe not the best tool in my anti tick arsenal
most of the ticks ive found on me were on my neck or shoulders. the three times ive used this this summer (not a lot of long pant occasions, actually) i found one tick two times. i do use this in conjunction with a spray though, and generally dont do a ton of bushwhacking. they are quite sticky. its actually a bit difficult to peel off the backing but other than that no complaints, it functions as intended, however they arent super duper effective against ticks either imo.

Caught soo many (ick)
Like everyone else I’m sure im so freaked out by ticks. First time out with tick tap on my ankles. There is were several but i was only brave enough to snap a pic

Useless. Hard to remove backing. Ticks will miss it.
Unless. This is basically two sided tape. However, getting an edge to peel the paper off took about 10 minutes. And where do you apply it? At the ankle? Then the tick that jumps on above the tape is home free. You'd need to cover yourself with it. Cute idea, but, useless. Update: Removing the tape from your clothes is a real pain, it comes off in little pieces. To top it off, the day I used it was one of two times I had a tick bite, wonderful.

Works as advertised
Works well for ticks, ants and other bugs. The only negative is the paper backing is somewhat hard to find an edge to start removing from sticky side.
