Showed up scatched but in a perfect box with a lot of other problems leaving it unplayable
Couldn't wait to get my first Kramer guitar and see what EVH was on about, then my brand new purple quilted top Striker showed up with two large and obvious scratches in the face of the body next to the volume knob. Double boxed and double bagged with no marks on packaging so it was packaged like this. Also the guitar itself was pretty disappointing with very sharp fret ends, a bad action setup, and the neck even felt rough. The problems could be corrected by tech time but I wouldn't play it like this. It seems there is no quality control at Kramer. I contacted the support email shown on the packing slip but got no response after 3 days, and they give no option to replace this, so my only option with this seller is to return for a full refund and start all over again. Depressing experience trying to buy a Kramer for Christmas and there are many good brands out there that don't ship scratched guitars, and in fact offer great products that are twice the guitar at half the price. I won't miss having a Kramer in my collection.
