Great for sailing
I bought this for tracking my journeys sailing, and also to plot courses for racing. It works great, especially with the app! I used the app to pre-load most of our racing buoys. Then, when I'm out, I just use the Garmin to easily create a new course and add the correct waypoints to it. The app is better for seeing a bigger overview of the day's sailing, but the Garmin is excellent for creating routes, finding the next waypoint, knowing your current heading, etc. The screen is easy to read. It's a simple display, but I kind of like that when I'm busy racing. When I'm cruising, it's very "set it and forget it." The one thing I haven't figured out how to do, yet, is to display the heading to the next waypoint. The Garmin shows your current heading, but I'm not yet sure if it'll show my next waypoint heading. That'd be the one feature I'd absolutely love. It might be available, but I haven't found it yet. Still, it's been very useful. You can still visually see if you're on or off target, either way.

Screen Protector
It looks great on my Garmin etrex SE. It's a bit hard to install since it easily sticks to the screen and I had to pull it twice to arrange its position.

Saved my screen the second time out
I rock hound and electronics don't really mix well being exposed. My GPS took a beating after putting these on luckily and it saved the screen.

A Great Shield!

Los critales se sienten de buena calidad, son fáciles de colorcar, viene con un kit para la colocación, el ajuste es bueno, con los cristales ligeramente más pequeños que la pantalla del Etrex SE, pero es cuestión de milímetros, cubre lo suficiente para proteger bien.
