the product so far is great, and then it wasn’t too small even though they claim it’s large size, and the urine sticks to the bottom which makes it very difficult to remove! This is not a good fit for my cats, sorry I purchased!

I first loved this, bc the unit to kill the smell does help. But just get you a small one that plugs in near the litter box, because the design of this is the worst I've ever seen. It comes in pieces, with lots of nooks, crannies, and spaces that are the antithesis of what a cat litter box is supposed to do. As you can see, urine leaks down the sides and onto the floor (underneath the drawer), and not only makes things snell worse (bc the urine doesn't drain into the pan if it hits the wall), but a terrible mess that is ridiculously difficult for cleaning up. You have to empty the litter clear out, take it ourltsude, and hose the whole thing off, and it's near impossible to reach into all the nooks and crannies to get it clean (takes forever to clean). I cleaned this whole thing out, put new litter in 2 days ago, HOPING it would work, but you can see the awful mess I have to deal with in just 2 days. Additionally, the tray is VERY shallow, so unless you only use this for a tiny kitten, it won't be sufficient for your adult can to bury their waste, and they will continue kicking it around, etc. Cleaning this out 1 more time and RETURNING, because it's not even worth $25, let alone the $125 I paid for it.

My cat hated it but aside from that it leaked and the bin was not deep enough. It was very difficult to clean only after 3 or 4 uses. The pee leaked onto the mat and into the crevices which caused it to smell even worse.

So I got this on may 19,2023. It’s worked great, couldn’t smell the litter at all. But on July 9, we heard a little noise coming from the fan on top, I looked down in it and I saw little blue electricity sparks. So I had to unplug it. Unfortunately I have an expensive litter box that doesn’t work anymore.

I did have to think about where the litterbox goes because this requires power, but im only mentioning that because i forgot to take it into consideration because bathrooms tend to be lil harder to find power accommodations.i thought my cats might be put off by the motor noise, but nope! working very well here

I ordered for my son in law. After arrival i assembled. I am 85 year old woman. Im not superstrong and i put it together in about 45 minutes. I left it for him to plug in and set clock. Its doing a good job of eliminating odor (even though he had to remove the clear door (kitties old and wouldnt push it) very little odor. Kitties use it easily. The drawer will make litter change so much easier. We are happy! I wanted to add to my original review. The other night the electricity went out for over an hour. I was pet sitting. The next morning i could smell the cat litter and then realized that the treatment fan had not been on! I reset the timer and in forty minutes all was well!PROOF THIS WORKS VERY WELL! ( in case you were wondering ). So glad i ordered this! This litter box is clay that is changed every week or so, this has totally transformed the trip past it to the garage!!

I’ve now ordered TWO of these in less than 3 months, as I thought the first was just defective. It’s NOT. They do not work after approximately 2 weeks, and they stink worse than the cheap plastic ones. I want a refund, and now it’s too late!!

The cats and I loved it. Left no smell.
