Fits perfect in my 2001 XJ. Alway put K&N products in all my vehicles. Didn't want to do the entire CAI, due to the 4.0 being a hot running engine. So this is the perfect alternative. Can't speak much for mileage gains since I haven't done much highway driving. But quicker throttle response for sure.
