As with most people who take a statin I also take a CoQ10 supplement. I find this particular supplement interesting since it is combined with GG-Gold. I won't take the space to quote all the benefits of GG-Gold, as you can go to the American River Nutrition website, who holds the patent, and read about them there. It seems that even with the CoQ10 content of only 100mg, this product would be more potent that other products with a higher mg content because of the GG-Gold along with the more bioavailable ubiquinol version. I'm not in the medical field so this is only my opinion based on what I've researched. I've been taking various CoQ10 supplement for many years and I've honestly not noticed any difference in my health or energy levels with any of the products. But this product seems to be better than most. If there is a difference it would be long term, beyond the scope of a review here. This supplement is easy to swallow, no negative effects, and price seems on the upper end but still in the ballpark. Overall a good product.

This is a high quality coq10 that is upgraded to include the most beneficial forms. The only con is that the price is a bit high for only a 1 month supply at just 100mg. Perhaps the quality makes them more potent but I typically take around 400mg to help with egg quality for fertility. This won't last me long at the level I need but if you need a lower dose this maybe perfect for you!

This is a great (upgraded) ubiquinol supplement. Each softgel contains 100mg of DuoQuinol (which is similar to Kaneka ubiquinol) as well as 50mg of GG-gold, which has been clinically studied for mitochondrial and muscle health.With only 30 servings per bottle, it's not the best value ubiquinol supplement out there. But the quality is excellent and all of the ingredients are high quality and clinically studied.Overall - it's a great upgraded ubiquinol supplement. The GG-gold has a lot of promising research behind it and works synergistically with the ubiquinol.

These tasted fine, no nasty after-taste or heartburn. As far as I'm concerned there was almost no flavor to them at all besides a slight plasticky taste to the outer coating which quickly went away after a few seconds on my tongue. The cost is what shocked me - it's not far off a dollar per capsule, and although the company is a trustworthy one it seems like these are rather expensive for basic Ubiquinol.

It's a shame but I can't review this product. The container and bottle seal was broken.

Overall, I like this. It works just as well if not better than the ubiquinol that I have been using. For the current price of around $0.80 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. It is worth a consideration. Good product.

...just not enough capsules to be really cost-effective, imo. I take 200 mg or more a day, so this bottle was emptied pretty quickly. Otherwise, I think it's an effective and quality supplement, and I like that the 100 mg caps allow me to customize my dose, much more than caps with more mg...but, economically, this is, for me, not doable.

This bottle of 30 CoQ10 comes in a dark brown plastic bottle. The recommended dosing is one capsule per day, making it a good value. The pills are easy to swallow. This is my second type of vitamin with this company. They appear to be high quality and a good value. I would recommend to anyone wanting to add CoQ10 to their daily regimen.
