I bought this for my parents house and loved that it had 3 different options to open finger,password, or key. The rubber grip adds a nice touch. Easy to install. My only negative is it doesn’t have light so if you try to use it a night you have to use the phone flashlight or the finger option

This locking doorknob installed easy and seemed very sturdy. I liked the voice automated setup, was very simple to follow. The finger print worked nicely and the numbers lit up and were easy to use. I also liked that the other side of the door knob didn't look like an interior knob. It had one simple screw in the center instead of on both sides like some other knobs. I needed to keep my mother with alzheimers from wondering out and getting lost so I put the lock on the inside, and it wasn't too obvious that the inside knob was on the outside. However I installed this on my hurricane double doors and the edge of the still door overlaps a bit on the active door giving it less space around the handle area. This knob is sturdy and wide so when I shut the door my fingers slammed into the edge of the other door. I had to return it for this reason but seemed like a very nice product.

Ive only had it for a week, but it was easy to install and program. It is working great. Quick ship a plus!

Very frustrating. As the fingerprint reader only works sometimes. Very inconsistent. Fingers are clean and dry. No scrapes or abrasions. I've even entered the same fingerprint as a new user. And still it does not read properly. In addition to those faults within the quality of the technology embedded in this product, is the fact that you have a web-based app that does not work. I've attempted to set up the remote access several times following the online and manual instructions. I've had no success. I see that this product is manufactured outside of the US. I guess I will look for that detail in the description next time to make sure to avoid those products and instead search for one that has identified quality and has the features I need. It's too late to return this so I will absorb it and use it as a learning experience. Don't make the same mistake I did. Unbelievable that this one does not have its own app like so many other of the same locks that are sold on Amazon have. I have since taken it out of my door and it is back in the box in a closet. Money wasted.

This is an awesome lock really great door knob really really like it a lot but, is it security lock And the fact that they didn't use a security key is really disappointing so that's why I'm only giving it four stars because although it is a great lock great door knob it's a security locking door knob and it should have a security key not just a regular quick set key

Got 3 of these, only have for a short time, they are easy to install and easy to set up codes and fingerprint, fantastic directions for setting up the above

Nice design, but it doesn't work. The lock can be opened by a child when it is engaged. Don't buy chinesium.
