Herbs For Kids Astragalus Extract Liquid | 1 Ounce

My daughter was born with T-cell deficiency and we have been in isolation since birth. She would get tested bi-weekly and there was no change in her numbers; however, we started given her few drops in her milk and in her most recent blood work results her numbers improved. I believe if she continues taking this, her numbers will be normalized (god willing) and she can lead a normal life.

This line of tinctures is fabulous for kids. One of my favorites is the astragalus because it's something my daughter can take regularly to keep her immune system in top shape. I also like giving just regular tinctures - alcohol based - to her but those have to be diluted for her to like it. With the Herbs for Kids, she looks forward to every squirt I just squirt into her mouth. I would also recommend their Cherry Bark for cough.

I bought this for my two year old. I did not experience any issues with the quality of the preparation. However, my two year old, who is used to eating all kinds of odd things (he thinks fermented cod liver oil is like candy) did not like the flavor and refused to take it, even disguised in other liquids. So, while I have nothing bad to say about the product itself, I did not get to use it long enough to dbe termite whether it was effective. Take this into account if you have a child who is picky about flavors.
