Great for after antibiotics and adding in yogurt.
I am primarily a raw foodist due to my health and found these super useful especially after having recently been on antibiotics.They were very easy to use- I also pop in a few capsules (minus the casing) into home made coconut yogurt.

does not contain live culture?
Tried making coconut yogurt with several capsules 3 times & followed the procedure to a T (including sterilizing jars & waiting for it to cool down, etc.). It just didn't work. Seems like these capsules are empty...? Don't contain any live culture? It's actually just overpriced...white powder?

Did not work for me.
I tried them for 2 days and I experienced the worst stomach aches. I never had any problems with similar products that I bought from actual shops such as supermarket or pharmacy.

..dank Vegavero. Nachdem ich schon mein PCOS mit den Female Balance Tabletten und dem Myoinositol in den Griff bekommen habe, dachte ich, gehe ich mal das nächste Problem mit dieser Marke an. Blähbauch, Verdauungsorobleme und alles was damit zu tun hat, haben sich innerhalb von 2 Wochen der Einnahme einfach in Luft aufgelöst. Vorher habe ich einiges probiert. Und das nicht erst seit gestern, sondern seit Jahren! Egal ob teure Säfte/Konzentrate aus der Apotheke mit Bakterienstämmen für um die 50€ oder antimykotische Kuren. Nichts hat geholfen und ich war echt am Ende. Jetzt gehts mir supi und ich hab wieder mehr Lebensqualität ❤️ DANKEEEE

Posso solo dire che dopo i primi sette giorni si sono visti risultati eccellenti come non mai che con altri prodotti che avevo fatto uso. Sono pienamente soddisfatto e lo consiglio con garanzia come ottimo prodotto e di sicuro effetto alla flora intestinale. L'unico inconveniente che ho riscontrato non al prodotto ma alla confezione seppure perfetta ma non ne ho potuto vedere la data di scadenza che in ogni caso ne faccio lo stesso uso. Non è il primo prodotto ad avere acquistato da tale azienda la quale la ritengo seria e di sicuro affidamento. Non mi sposterò mai più di questo prodotto e di sicuro riacquisto quando ne ho utilità. Grazie per esserci e continuate cosi con sempre prodotti di garanzia. Ad oggi che sono 10 giorni che prendo questo integratore, non posso che dire che ho risolto al 90% i miei disturbi intestinali di cui ne sono ritornato quasi nella normalità e andando al bagno con regolarità. Fidatevi.....

J'aime utiliser des probiotiques en périodes de traitements antibiotiques par exemple, ça permet de rééquilibré ma flore intestinale. Je fais une cure de 10 à 15 jours environ. En dehors des périodes de maladie, je prends une gélule de temps en temps pour m'assurer un transit correct et une bonne santé. Je suis totalement satisfaite de ces probiotiques de bonne qualité. Note : je les conserve au frigo pour assurer une meilleure qualité dans le temps
