Love! These keep the chicken coop smelling fresh and looking beautiful! Turns out guinea pigs can eat everything in the mix too - so we get multiple uses out of it! I appreciate the cellophane bag that is included for storage after opening the package.

I was reluctant to purchase thinking, yeah right, I won't smell chicken ick. Well.....I am so glad I purchased!!! I clean my tiny coop out every other week, but I scoop the coop of poop often (like I do for my cats litter box). This cuts down on any odors and they seem to really like it! They have 1 nest they all share (their choice, I've got nesting boxes and a home made built open box to roost in (it's Florida, it's hot most of the year) and I sprinkled a bit in the nest. They pick it and move the flowers where they want them. I also sprinkle just a bit in their run after turning the bedding on the ground. You don't need a ton, a little bit goes a long way!Since my sister mentioned she moved her horse to a new stable and there is no large tack room for storage, she carts things back and forth and complained her car smells like sweaty horse and leather, I'm going to put a handful in a mesh bag leftover from my daughter's shower for her to keep in her car. Will buy again!

My chickens love this!! They investigate every time I add some to the nest boxes! It came vacuum sealed & it does need to be “separated by crumbling”. It smells AMAZING!! I toss a loose handful in the nest boxes about every other day. I store the extra in a clean kitty litter pail with a snap top. Chicken approved!

Really, really compacted to the point it was hard to break it apart but once it was apart it smells wonderful and the chickens seem to like it.
