Review: improves MENS health - I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rolls by putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich. (not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to desertcart UK...
