Not recommended
Definitely not a good idea to cut this to fit your requirement. Because when u cut using a sharp blade the adhesive layer gets peeled off and rest of it becomes unusable.

Found to be useless
First thing , it’s an inappropriate tagging to use this product for Car, the place which they mentioned to use this product is a continuous wear and tear area , and it won’t last for even days.Second thing , it’s glue is less sticky and it is shown to use in place where surface is not normal or continuous.Overall this purchase turned out to a wrong one, so those who are looking into it I recommend to go with some other type product other than plastic tape

The strip is thick enough and of good quality.Once peeled off, directly apply to the required surface.If removed after applying, then it cannot be applied again as it loses it adhesiveness."If you don't know to apply properly, then it's not good."

Not worth for ur hard earned money
Well this tape is not perfect for round shapes edges as tape is hard and do not have any stretchbilty so that’s y it’s not pasting properly so i won’t recommend this to any 1 . Go for cello tape which will be much cheaper.Moreover when u remove this tape from side steps then ur car paint will also tear off.
