Q: Does this mat remain smooth and level with normal usage especially without wheel dents or grooves?

The chair wheels dent the surface of the mat. It's thin, cracks over time and does not like to stay in place. When the edge gets push up against a wall or the legs of the furniture in my office (because, again, the thing moves all around), it just bends, eventually curling under the mat itself. I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can this mat be used under oxygen consentrator

Thank you for the question! As long as it is being used with a common residential oxygen concentrator, this would be a good resting spot. We would warn that unrolling and flattening the mat will require some physical effort as the material is stiff being shipped rolled up. Also, the concentrator should be semi-fixed to the area of the desk chair mat as it may not slide off and back onto the mat easily. We have no experience or testing in trying to move a similar machine off and back onto the mat, but in theory, it should work. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Q: How do you think this would hold up as a low pile carpet cover under paint easels in a classroom? Is it thin or does it stick up on the edges?

I returned it as it was way to thin and flimsy to support an office chair. It leaves divits. Suggest looking at professional mats for low pile carpeting.
