Q: Somebody explain the self clean because I've tried holding the speed button and nothing happens.

Dryer can only be cleaned when off. Take the vent pc off. Hold down the top button which is the fan button until it turns on. It may take 7 seconds to turn on. Once on it will reverse the fan mode to clean it out. It will automatically shutdown when finished its cleaning cycle. Hope this helps. It's a great blow dryer and customer service is amazing if you need further help.

Q: Is this the newer model and how is it different from the older model?

I’m not sure which model it is but I love this dryer. I didn’t believe all the hype and cost was up there but I am happy I gave it a try

Q: Will this work with an adapter for Greece?

I do not know if this will work with an adapter.
