This really works!
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Cokit bug catcher, and it works! Living in an area prone to small flying insects like gnats, mosquitos, and fruit flies, I was in desperate need of a solution that didn't involve chemicals. The Cokit bug catcher with its chemical-free technology turned out to be the perfect answer, and it covers a larger are than most. The device operates using a combination of light and a fan, providing two modes: bug and mosquito. This versatility is a great feature, allowing me to target specific pests. I especially appreciate the mosquito mode, which should be very effective in keeping those pesky mosquitoes at bay during the warmer months. I was able to catch a few mosquitos within the first 3 days. I've noticed a significant reduction in the insect population within just a 3-day period. It's remarkable how well this bug catcher works. I have placed it in an area where I store fruits, and it has proven to be a game-changer. The fact that it operates without the need for harmful chemicals is a huge plus for me. The two-pack option covers a large space perfectly, making it suitable for various rooms in my home. The convenience of having two units ensures comprehensive coverage, and I no longer have to worry about insects invading my living space. Overall, I give the Cokit bug catcher a well-deserved 5 stars. It not only lives up to its promises but has also made a noticeable difference in the insect population around my home. If you're looking for an effective, chemical-free solution to keep your space bug-free, this bug catcher is the way to go!

Great company, product kinda works but died after 40 days
Update: the company has reached out and stood behind their product, I will be ordering one of their newer models but I would like say that although this version may not have too much longevity it does work in some situations.I bought these to minimize bugs specifically black flys in my kitchen and in my porch, for the first few days they did great catching 2-3 flys a day. After about 2 weeks the catching of flies really slowed down to 1-2 flies every few days. After about 4 weeks of running them only during the day one unit is completely dead (fan won’t spin and light won’t turn on) the other one is working still but the fan now makes a rattling noise constantly. I think I’m going to switch back to fly strips as the cost of these two for 40 days of fly catching would have paid for 2 years of fly strips. Save your money.

Works so well and no more flying bugs!
This product exceeds my expectations! I did lots of research and ended up buying this product because it comes with two units for the price of other brands. We love fruits and stock them up on the kitchen tables, so we always have to deal with lots of fruit flies that come along with the fruits. The installation was super easy - plug in, switch on, and forget about it. The bugs seem to be caught as they were attracted by the light during the night time rather than by the sucking motion of the fan, but the fan keeps the bug from escaping from the device. It worked quietly and the flying bugs were noticeably reduced from the second day. The light can be changed to bug mode or mosquito mode. I just left it as the bug mode to control fruit flies. Within a week or two, it caught nearly 100 fruit flies, 6 mosquitos, and 1 fly! I set up the second device on the top floor for my kids as they said they were annoyed by fruit flies moving up to the top floor of the house. No chemicals but now our house is bug-free! I have not changed the sticky pad for a month but it is still working well and no need to replace it yet. I am very happy with this purchase.

Fly Away
As someone who resides in the scorching heat of Texas, I was desperately searching for an effective solution to tackle the relentless invasion of flies and mosquitoes. With high hopes, I decided to give the COKIT Indoor Insect Trap a try. Unfortunately, my experience with this product left me thoroughly disappointed and feeling like it was a total waste of money.First and foremost, the primary reason for purchasing this insect trap was its promise to catch flying insects using suction. Regrettably, the trap failed to live up to its claims. Despite being positioned near my back door, where fly and mosquito activity is particularly rampant, the COKIT trap only managed to capture a measly three flies in a span of five days. In contrast, my old and trusty fly swatter proved to be far more efficient, dispatching approximately 30 flies within the same time frame. The most frustrating aspect of the COKIT Indoor Insect Trap was its inability to deliver results when it mattered the most. The blistering Texas heat, known for intensifying insect activity, was seemingly unaffected by this device. I had hoped that the trap's advanced features would effectively attract and catch the bothersome insects, but it fell short of my expectations. and you have to keep this thing plugged in.To give credit where it's due, the COKIT trap does possess a visually appealing design, and the inclusion of a blue light adds a touch of elegance to its appearance. However, aesthetics alone cannot compensate for its lackluster performance in capturing flying insects. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the COKIT Indoor Insect Trap as a reliable solution for combatting flies and mosquitoes, especially in hot regions like Texas. While its stylish design and blue light may be pleasing to the eye, the trap's overall functionality and performance are severely lacking. If you're seeking an effective solution to rid your home of flying pests, it would be wiser to stick with more traditional methods, such as a good old-fashioned fly swatter.
